I just saw the preview for the third season. The show is a drag show competition were different groups compete. The groups are called houses. I have not seen it before but saw the trailer for season three. One group was dressed like babies ? hanging off monkey bars complete with a giant teddy bear.

Oh I've seen the first two seasons of this show and both were quite fun! I have been to a few vogue ballroom shows live too but have never seen anyone dressed up as a baby before but the variety of costumes is always stunning.
