FtM can't Catheterize?

Along with my unpotty- training (approaching 5 months woo woo!!)

I've been trying to catherize with a Foley catheter. Having heard that some people on here, after around 6 months of wearing (with chabgung as needed), have achieved incontinence. 

My attempts have been unsuccessful so far. I've tried with a 14 fr as I still obtain "female" parts downstairs. With lube and everything I could never get it in. I thougjt maybe i have a smaller urethra then most so i tried a 12 fr, it still won't fit.

I'm curipus if this has something to do with the fact I've been on hormone replacment (testosterone) for so many years. Since one of the common side affects are change in size and structure down there, as well as extremely heightened sensitivity.
