I was walking down the Baby Isle at local grocery chain ( GIANT  FOODS) eastern PA and more. I saw their new label 

[Little BabyDoll Christine]

Anything associated with RUFFLES & RIBBONS GIRLS' HOME is called BabyDoll, particularly grooming and care. The 2T size dress that Dolly Andrea has on is from a company, I think out of South Carolina called "Lidl Dolly". This is what I found on Ebay
