Embarrassing question: Does anyone else dribble precum?

When I go without a diaper I will see and feel streaks of something that is wet, sticky, and stringy slowly dribbling out of me.  It doesn’t smell bad or anything.  

It’s happened off and on for a while but recently it’s like a 247 thing of wet stringy stuff seeping out of me. 

My initial reaction was that it’s precum.  However, it never excessively seeped out of me like this back when I was potty trained.   

I ought to point out that I have a chastity cage on most of the time. I’m sure that’s part of the culprit. 

But I just have to wonder if it’s not just pre-cum, but a mix of that and urine.
