I'm trying to be creative to fulfill my partners likes. Ages 11-14. What can I do to appear that age. How do I talk. I need help to make this happen.

Rather than trying to do something generic consider asking your partner about how they'd like you to dress, behave or speak. They will have a far better idea of what they'd like than people on the internet.

you might want to edit that a bit, it sounds like you are talking about partners whos ages are 11-14, instead of those who are 18+, im going to assume they are legal age but iti sounds a bit off how you worded it.
