Every attempt I try ends up just writing self-deprecating shit about myself, self-harming, or just crying over inadequacy. I don't know why this so stressful for me, but it is. I've tried making the environment I draw in less stressful: i.e. putting on background music or background noise I enjoy, sticking to things I'd like to draw or even just sticks figures. None of it helps, it just makes me more stressed out. I know it's probably me comparing myself to others and overthinking it but, I can't help. It's just apart of who I am and that never motivates me to try harder. Only to just wallow in more self pity. 1 Link to comment
