I myself have been a long time diaper wearer for 19 years and for 12 of those years I have worn 24/7. It took me just over 5 years to reach total incontinence of the bladder and somewhat longer for the bowel. I feel now that I have reached this so much comfort and security in wearing as I do not never know when or where I am going to go.  The feeling of it just releasing into my diaper also gives me that comfort and secure feeling.
