Cloth diaper inserts size.....question.

Hiya,

So I am new the cloth diaper game (wanna start doing what i can to help the environment and they look super cute ? ) and was curious about how the inserts are supposed to fit. I just got a diaper cover that has the holes on the top and bottom (sorry im not super familiar with the terminology). When i put the inserts in they do not match the length of the cloth diaper. Meaning i either got protection for the front but little for the rear or vice versa. Is that normal? Do I just layer them to compensate? Or did i order the wrong size inserts?

It sounds like your inserts are not long enough. I would suggest that you measure how long the diaper covers are and then buy some inserts that are about that length. Keep in mind that these will shrink 5-7% after they have been washed a few times.
