Promise Kept

     So today I made the promise to myself to absolutely not hold at all no matter where i was or the current condition of my diaper.  Have made that promise before and chickened out when not at home.  Well today I kept that promise.  I was already a little wet when i went to the store.  While in the store had a big wetting, didn't leak.  But then the need to mess came pretty strong and I was just messing before I could think about it too hard.  Wasn't a massive one but I really treated it like I had no control.  Finished my shopping a little more quickly than usual then went home and cleaned and changed into a fresh diaper.  It was really freeing to just not even try and let myself give up control.  I think I took a big step today.
