A chance meeting (private with Gavin)

[Gavin]

She just sat there balled up not daring to fall asleep just looking as shadows danced around the room as cars drove by as is started to rain outside and she looked through the bars at the window missing home a lot wanting to see her friends again. 

 

But she knew if he wouldn't understand her or give her a chance she could never go back to Japan to see family

Percey has decided to not go in for her until at least 9am, so that gives her 12 good hours by herself. He thinks she will sleep the entire time.

[Gavin]

She just stays awake as she rubs her eyes not wanting to sleep not trusting him or letting him even try as the shadows continue around the room as her stomach starts to grumble

[lebeau13]

He is still sleeping since it’s still 4am.

[Gavin]

She is still awake rubbing her eyes her imagination running wild in her head trying to figure out a way out as she's seeing things in the room feeling trapped and helpless as eventually she just cant help it and passes out balled up

[lebeau13]

Once he wakes up at 7 he reviews the cctv footage of the ‘nursery’. He sees that she only “got to sleep” about three hours ago so he lets her sleep.  Percey goes online and orders a bunch of clothes for his new little one, bottles, pacifiers that don’t lock, along with a high chair and a couple of cases of more diapers. 

[Gavin]

She wakes up soon after that and sits up realizing this wasn't just some bad dream and was almost crying from being scared and angry not knowing what to do, or what to say just feeling alone

He notices that she is awake in the monitor and decides to get her a sippy cup of milk. He won’t ever spike her drink unless she hasn’t pooped in over 4 days. Percey decides to take an extra minute washing the sippy cup just in case she has to pee, she can do it in private.

[Gavin]

She strangely didn't feel the need to pee as she heard movement in another part of the house but couldn't tell if someone else was here or if that was just him but she didn't make any noise

He finished washing the sippy cup and put some white grape juice in it and tightened the lid. He takes a rep breath before opening the door and entering the nursery. He sees her all balled up in the crib, her eyes as big as saucers. He holds out the sippy cup and asks her “do you want some juice?” He knows she can’t verbally answer him with the pacifier in her mouth. 

[Gavin]

She doesn't even look in his direction to tired to care and to nervous to even respond wishing he'd give her an actual chance to tell her story or actually listen to her and maybe she wouldn't be so rude and aggressive

He walks over to the crib and asks her “do you want me to take the pacifier out?”

[Gavin]

She nods sorta still blanking on a lot of English but is gonna try and spit something out just so he will understand her asian side

[lebeau13]

He doesn’t believe she is an adult and probably never will. He approaches the crib and slides his hand through the bars “please come closer so I can free the paci”

[Gavin]

She whines as she slowly moves towards him and feels embarrassed but still wants him to understand her even if he wont believe she's an adult

[lebeau13]

He is patient this morning with her as he keeps his hand still “I still can’t reach it, can you scoot a little closer please?”

[Gavin]

She just scoots a little closer not wanting to be near him at all still not comfortable with even being close enough to touch not liking her situation and wishes she could at least communicate 

[lebeau13]

He can barely get his fingertips to the device but gets it unlatched and takes it from her. After her mouth is free he slides the sippy cup through the little hole just big enough for it to fit and sits it on the mattress. As he sits it down he tells her “it’s just juice for your dry mouth”

[Gavin]

She whines but drinks it quickly not saying anything and hoping she can say something today or say anything at all but highly doubts she'll be able to leave and she just slumps defeated 

[lebeau13]

He sees she is defeated and then asks her “do you need to go potty?”

[Gavin]

She just shakes her head no but her body will soon tell her she does after not feeling anything she realizes she really needs to go bad and soon

[lebeau13]

“Okay, so no need to potty, are you hungry?” He asks as he opens the purple curtains

[Gavin]

She blushes and scoots in the back of the crib scared of him wanting to actually learn words 

[lebeau13]

“Is hungry too big a word for you?” He asks her and then rephrases it “do you want some food?”

[Gavin]

She shakes her head no not hungry as her stomach started to rumble needing to poop really badly feeling embarrassed and to shy to say anything
