First Time Cloth Diaper Must-haves?

Hi all,

Looking to try a cloth diaper over the winter, and am looking at Babykins Hook and Loop 10500 and their 20300V plastic pants. Will I need anything else to wear and use a cloth diaper? I won't need a pail as I don't plan on wetting much, and have a washer and dryer of my own.

Baby powder is important to prevent diaper rash, although cornstarch works well too and is somewhat cheaper.

Be careful to keep oils and creams off of your plastic pants.
