ABDL themed D&D campaign

I'm making a D&D campaign inspired by The Unthinker's story The Hypnotist. As part of this, I'll have a bunch of random NPCs with various combinations of mind controlled caregivers and infantilized charges.

I have two questions:

What would be some kink themes or dynamics you'd really like to see in a campaign like that?

What are some things that would be potential limits for you, that would ruin your enjoyment if they came up? (I've got a section of content warnings in the start, with instructions on how to remove nonessential kink elements if any PCs are likely to be bothered by them.)
