Hi all long time lurker just signed up. From Aberdeen UK .

Had incontinence issues most of my life mixed incontinence.(oab) never to far away from a toilet , as well as the occasional bowel accident.

Decided it was time to embrace it just over a year or so ago.  started wearing 24/7 for urinary (had the occasional bm when not able to make it).  Just not worrying and just going

I am alot happier now as my anxiety levels have dropped been to Uroligy and not got a full diagnosis but they have definitely said mixed ic. 

Exploring the Abdl side of things and would love to take this further.

 

Would be so much happier if I atrophied to such an extent that I was constantly dribbling.

Hi Gill, welcome, glad you decided to join in with us. Sounds like some rough times for you, sorry for that. But, it’s good you have accepted this, and found wearing nappies is a good thing, and can be fun. It’s much easier than, always making sure you’re near a bathroom. Now the bathroom is always near you! ?
