Useless magic items

Post an example of a magical item that would be funny but also completely useless.  For example: The Cup of Measuring.  It will produce any ingredient you need for any recipe, except always in the wrong quantity.  Cookies made using this item might contain 2 teaspoons sugar, 5 1/2 cups of salt, and a microscopic amount of flour.
