im dry at night are diapers still required i have anxity  i have autism and spiceal needs too  and  very bad night terrors  any advice please also look at my posts

If diapers help you feel more comfortable, of course you can still wear them.  As for the night terrors, you might want to try finding ways to get better quality sleep.  A lot of people on the autsim spectrum find it helpful to have a regular bedtime routine, also you might want to consider littlespace if that's someting you're interested in.

Hi and welcome.   I can relate to the night terrors.  Always had disturbing dreams going back to when I was just a few years old.
