RP questions

Is there a post of like an RP for dummies? I have never done one and it seems interesting but im a bit hesitant as im not sure of the shall we say "protocals" of it all. So if someone could point me in the right direction or be an absolute star and type up a RPing for dummies so i can get my head on straight about it i would be most appreciative.

I sent you a PM to start explaining.  once you read that through, you can ask questions on it, and then once you get it, or think you do, I can go on explaining more.  It is best to take it slow though and maybe even do a role play to see how it works.
