A Lesson to be Taught (private for kinkyddlg)

Kim at twenty five years old had been working at a Daycare for six months now as a full time assistant. It wasn't bad per say but Kim never thought she'd be working at a place like this at all! It wasn't really her style nor was she fond of kids much but she could handle them for the most part at least or that's what she had thought six months ago but now she knew she had little time nor the energy to really deal or take care of them properly. It was stressful and she often found herself bickering with the kids.

Why did she quit her previous job for this? Before she had thought it was a good idea but now not so much. Kim previously worked as a waitress and had been slowly moving up the ranks in a local place but it was a part-time gig that didn't give her much money or any benefits at all which meant it was hard to make a living.  Her parents were disappointed in her choices until now with this job which they considered to be her 'first adult job' they hadn't considered her previous job real or any of the others before this one.  Kim didn't live with her parents at all despite them wanting her to stay with them and not live in a shoddy one bedroom apartment thirty miles away where they couldn't keep their eye on her. It seemed crazy to her how controlling her parents were and she did her best to keep contact limited between herself and them but that didn't stop them from trying to nag her and get information out of her all the time.  It was an added stress that Kim didn't need right now! Kim was busy taking a small break outside the Daycare building having yelled at one of the children. It wasn't the first time she had yelled at a kid and she doubted it would be the last yet the other workers didn't yell at all or seemed to get as stressed as her? Was she doing something wrong? One of her friend's from college had helped her get this job.

Before going out to calm down Kim's 'telling off' seemed more like two children having an argument with each other rather then a adult telling a child off or to calm down and it didn't help matters when the child she had argued with started to cry either.  Kim at that point had 'walked' away to go outside but to anyone else it would look like she had stormed off like a toddler having a tantrum.  Kim had shoulder length light brown hair and bluish green eyes. She stood at 5'3 but always tried to wear shoes that would give her a bit of a boost height wise so she would always look as if she was 5'6 to 5'8 instead.  Kim knew that she wasn't doing 'good' at her job and knew that she needed to do better but it was hard! Kim sulked as she leaned against the brick wall of the building trying to calm down and collect herself.

The kid inside the Daycare centre was busy crying having had burst into tears due to Kim yelling at her as she held onto the teddy bear that she had stolen from another kid who had stolen it from her a minute ago when Kim's back was turned. The child, Bridget, normally didn't steal other toys and was generally one of the better behave children at the Daycare.  Bridget rubbed her eyes and sniffled softly as she clutched the teddy bear wondering what she did wrong? No one had talked to her like that before and she felt bad even scared because it meant that she must of done something wrong? Bridget hid her face against the teddy bear timidly as one of the workers tried to comfort her.
