The Prison for Incontinent & Troubled girls (Open)

Scarlett Island's Juvenile Corrections Facility was a prison built for young girls who have broken the law and have escaped multiple times and are incontinent which would require prison staff, guard personnel and response team officers to be trained in their normal jobs as well as how to deal with prisoners that show signs of incontinence during initial stay in holding cells. The prison has all the amenities expected of a juvenile corrections facility for girls and then some. The prison has several cell blocks, each allocated by age, the youngest age in the entire prison is 10 years old, the eldest in the entire prison is 16 years old. After that, prisoners are transferred to a regular Women's prison and are put in the general population over there. Prisoners are allocated at least 2 hours of free time per day and about 30 minutes to an hour of yard time per day, more can be allocated to prisoners on the minimum security end of the scale and are the most cooperative with prison staff.

The prison does have work release programs for those that are of age to get a work permit and able to work on supervised projects outside of the prison for a minimum work shift of 3 to 4 hours per week. Inmates are also sent to classrooms for education inside the prison walls during the daytime. Prisoners are required to be able to keep their individual cells and cell block clean. Prisoners are allowed to have personal items bought from the prison store during free time but can have it taken away if they act out or misbehave and causes their cell block and fellow cell block inmates to be searched and locked down as well as themselves.

Deputy Sheriff Lauren Glass was a 10 year veteran of the department. At only 36 and still looking like she is in her mid 20s, she is the picture of what a very small percentage of the prison inmates wish to attain when they finish going through puberty. She was a deputy that has been trained in dealing with incontinence issues the most and is also a member of the prisons incident response team or IRT as they call it. The unit rarely gets called out, but the unit is trained to deal with prisoners who are extremely violent and cannot be dealt with by normal prison deputy sheriffs and staff members. They are trained in the following areas: CQB, ICQB, Prisoner take down, marksmanship, non-lethal take down and removal procedures (NLTARP), childcare, etc.

Today Deputy Glass was patrolling cell block 3 which was dedicated to female inmates aged between 12 and 14 years old and were of medium security level threat to the prison and the state at large. These prisoners can and are known for their previous attempts to manipulate the staff into letting them have access privileges beyond their own cell block and areas they are allowed to be in. They are also known to constantly fight amongst each other over petty items and staff members as well as deputies. Right now the kids in this block were on their lunch break and in the cafeteria that is allocated to them.

Lunch over I head back to my cell mumbling to myself, and talking louder to anyone who seems to be listening. It's not fair. Why did She get her diaper changed right there in the cafeteria. Not Fair at all. I'm just as wet, and they tell me to wait for my usual 2 pm changing. Not Right, I should not be hear anyway, I didn't do anything wrong. So I punched a teacher, and slapped my Mom. They deserved it.

(uhm what age group is your character? What crime did they commit? Are they a minimum risk (which means that they have committed a crime that no one got hurt in and that she would be cooperative with guards and prison staff members), medium risk (a crime in which someone got hurt but didn't die and is not as cooperative with guards and prison staff and is prone to violence against fellow prisoners) and high risk prisoners (A crime in which someone was hurt badly, but still didn't die and is very prone to violence against guards and prison staff as well as fellow prisoners and is definitely prone to many escape attempts) and what is her crime as this is a juvenile corrections facility which means children who commit crimes and are convicted of that crime are sent to these facilities to be able to serve out their sentences)?

2 pm rolls around and my Nurse/Guard shows up for my 2 o'clock changing. She helps me out of my jumpsuit and sends me into the shower. I know what comes next the lecture.

Nurse: Just because you can not control your bladder is no reason to wear thick wet diapers. We have pullups, which you can change yourself. You need to get along with the other girls hear all of you have the same problems, incontinent, minor crimes, minors who cannot be controlled by there parents.  Please try to get along. While talking she quickly and professionally puts a fresh dry think diaper on my butt. Hands me a clean orange jumpsuit and watches as I dress.

ME: I try to explain that pullups leak, that I don't know how wet I am and the other girls tease me. I try to complain about that other girl at lunch but she does not listen. 

She tells me I am free to go to the library, tv room, or yoga room and to be good until dinner time. My next changing is sceduled for bedtime.

While the young girl is getting a talking to by the nurse, one of the guards assigned to the wing is standing near the entrance so that she can escort the girl back to her cell block and then she can be taken out onto the yard. Once the girl is dressed and is walked over to the guard, the guard nods and takes the girl by the arm and keeps her still while she puts the cuffs on, since she can't take any chances and walks the girl back to the minimum security cell block and then out onto the yard designated for minimum security inmates since each security level has it's own set of facilities, rooms and admin facilities attached to each block and dedicated to it. "Go on now, go and have some yard time, if you need me, you know where to find me on the yard." She said as she lightly pushed the girl forward, but not enough to make her fall over, more like just giving her a scoot in the direction of the yard.

(Bella is a blond haired girl that has a hard time controlling her own bathroom needs but she is 11 years old and shoplifted from several stores and stabbed one person they didn't die but she has tried to fight guards sometimes but most of the time she is calm

(All right, so she is a minimum risk inmate) (I guess I'll let it slide for now, but please try to be more descriptive in the future)

As the guard went by checking to see if she had missed any inmates for yard time, she saw that one of the few inmates that wore a full diaper was asleep in bed and while the sight was cute, she went over and saw that her covers were half off and she lightly pulled them over the child before she went back on patrol. This deputy has only a couple of years on the job, but she is still not one to be crossed and can't be tricked either. But luckily she is assigned to the low-risk section, so there is a very small chance that an inmate in this section tries to escape, because they know if they do, then they will get their privileges taken away that they have and they will be moved to minimum security and have less freedom then they do in the minimum security wing.

*bella slept soundly her diaper started to itch a lot waking her up from a sound nap seeing the guard*h-hello miss my diaper is full c-could you help me. *the teen asked with a cute tone trying to get her way*

"Oh, you need some help? Okay, come on, I'll take you to where you can get changed." She said as she went and helped the child out of bed and then dressed her quickly before putting on the restraints, that way she couldn't try to overpower the guard that was trying to help her and walked her over to the changing area and put the child on the changing table, luckily it was a separate area with one way windows, where the prisoners could see out, but couldn't be seen, so it was a safe space for the girls when they needed to be changed into a clean diaper. Once the girl was on the table and restrained to the table so that the inmate in question that was being changed, couldn't try to escape from the room and the deputy began to change the child out of her diaper, starting by taking off the tapes and then pulling it off her and dumping it in the provided bin and then cleaning the young girl's privates up and then slipping a new diaper on and putting a bit of rash cream and then powder on the exposed area of the young girl before she would tape up the diaper and then take the restraints off the table and then puts the girl on the floor and putting the restraints back on the child and walked her back out to the cell block "Now, why don't we take you outside and you can go play with the rest of your fellow inmates." She said and then lead her over without waiting for an answer.

O-ok ma'am and how much can these diapers hold if I may ask*the girl asked wondering how much it could hold without ripping or slipping out she then tested the restraints seeing they can't be broken she allows the deputy to lead her outside without struggling. *"thank you ma'am for changing me?"

"Well as far as what you put into it that isn't anything you can use to escape, it can hold a good amount, but if your thinking about escaping then you might as well give up now unless you wanna be moved to a different area where you don't have as much freedom as you do now, you'll be checked more often and you'll be among those that may hurt you, we'll still take action, but you won't get as much personal times between staff members and guards towards your own personal needs." She said as she then gave the girl a light scoot on her back and left her to go and play without having anything holding her back minus the 20 foot high smooth wall separating the yard from the next part of the minimum security wing.

*bella went to go play with a few other inmates for about 30 minuets knowing its almost time for her to go back inside she goes to wait by the door her diaper sags between her legs because she had peed in the diaper while playing not noticing till now but she knows it'll be awhile till her next change she sat by the door and waited for a guard to let her back in when the times up. **while sitting there waiting she fell asleep quickly still tired from her nap earlier*

While Bella waits, some of the nicer girls in her cell block also lined up behind her and also had sagging diapers because they had been having too much fun to notice that they had needed to pee and were incontinent, so they just peed their diapers while they played. Once the yard time was over and the guards came out gathering the rest of the inmates and putting restraints to lead them inside, they were led inside to their cell block and the ones with sagging diapers were led to the nurse to get changed and stay there for a while since there were more than a couple of girls that had used their diapers to the point where it was sagging with them.

*bella was of course led to the nurse with the other wetters surprised at how many there are she knew it would be a little bit before she got changed but when they arrived to Bella's  shock she was the first to get changed surprisingly*"T-thank you ma'am for helping me"*she said sweetly like a little kid but she knew a guard waited to transfer them back to their cells*

Yard time as usual was complicated as we shared the outside area with inmates from other wings of this Juvenile Institution. I don't like being cuffed but understand the rules. Why 11 and 12 year olds in diaper or pull ups need to be cuffed while walking with adult guards/nurses. Yes I follow the rules and don't argue. Glad to be released into outside sunshine. To run, play tag, walk around, maybe some basketball even if I hate basketball. I meet a new girl named Belle. Hi Belle, I'm Sally. We talk a little she is hear for shoplifting, same as me. She brags about stabbing someone. I don't believe her.  I brag about hitting a teacher but it was really more like a push.  When we head back inside, the supper wets saggy baggies as I think of them get head of the line diaper changes. I resign myself to getting my regular bedtime change.   Scheduled 3 a day, wake-up, 2 pm, and bedtime.  As my nurse/guard changes me she says I might get a new cell mate in the morning.

*later in the day bella is eating and she is told she will be getting a cell change into the cell with sally her new friend she thinks but later that night she is moved and she speaks when she walks in*h-hi sally its me bella im your new cell mate*she can see bella is in a extra thick diaper*

Hello Bella:    I recognize you from our yard time yesterday. Yup extra thick diapers, super exorbent to cut down the number of times they need to be changed.  I ask if you get the lecture about changing to pull-ups and being more responsible. I tell you my experience with thin Jail House pull-ups, they leak and when your jump suit is wet the other girls tease you.  I ask if you have a scheduled change or like yesterday, they get to you when you look miserable.  We get in line to march down to the cafeteria for Breakfast. Everybody in orange jump suits, most of us noticeably in diapers. I assume the ones with normal looking butts are in pull-ups as this wing of juvy is desegnated for incontinent minor females.  After breakfast we have classes. Yucki 6th grade math for me.

*during breakfast bella snaps after hearing a sarcastic comment she pulls a shiv she had been hiding out and stamps the girl in the chest and pulls it out stabbing her again not killing her but critically injuring her she drops the shiv and steps back scared

The minimum security cafeteria is locked down and the girls are all placed back in handcuffs. Bella is immediately put into cuffs, ankle bracelets and a waist restraint that connects both her restraints and ankle bracelets together with tough steel chains that are almost impossible to break by themselves after she gets taken to the ground and her weapon is secured by the deputies and then she is moved to the high security wing and placed in a cell that doesn't have a bed and only a specially designed crib that looks like it could fit an 18 year old and up if they tried. Her cell even had it's own shower, table, mat to play on for the younger kids that were moved into the wing and some baby toys that couldn't be used as weapons. Once she had been secured in the new cell, she was put on the mat laying down and being pinned by 2 other deputies that wouldn't allow her any freedom of motion as she was taken out of the minimum security jumpsuit she had on and her diaper was changed and then she was given a new one and a bright red jumpsuit with a new prisoner number. Once she had been fully changed a pacifier was put in her mouth and it was locked to her jumpsuit via one of the same steel cables she had attached to her ankle and restraints.

*bella was shocked at how nice this cell was but she tried to fight back and spit the pacifier out and started kicking and screaming*let me go now!!*she screamed trying to bite the guards holding her down*

*the guards simply just kept her pinned and then used their batons to start hitting the young girl just enough to keep her calm. They would use their tasers as the next step. The taser wouldn't be able to be used by the prisoners because they were finger printed to the specific deputy that checked put the taser for use that shift. "Hey calm down now 677. If you dont calm down then were gonna take this to the next step and we guarantee that you won't like it one bit." They told her as they put their batons away and put their hands on their tasers. Not enough to unlock and use them. But enough to brace and prepare to use them.

"She won't be fine for a while. You hurt that girl pretty bad. It looks she might be in a coma for who knows how long. You did a really bad thing there and broke the extreme prison rules and now instead of getting out in a week with a few days worth of being monitored and not allowed to go to a store for a month, now your gonna be in here for a couple of years probably until you become 17 and get transferred out of here. Listen 677, from now on you dont ask for things, this isn't the minimum security wing where you had more free time to do what you wanted and play with all the toys that were age appropriate for you. Now your only allowed to listen and speak if we ask you a question. Your gonna be limited from a lot of the freedom you had previously. Your parents won't be allowed to see you anymore and will be told of what happened and how badly the girl you attacked was injured. If you step out of line you will be beaten, If you try and speak without permission you will be beaten, if you do anything that we have not explicitly told you to do without permission, you will be beaten. You are not to act like a big girl anymore. You will not dress yourself, walk by yourself, stand by yourself, or even try and get out of your crib by yourself. You will do everything as if you were a toddler that is barely past their 1 year old birthday. Do you understand us?! If you understand us then nod your head downwards and upwards to indicate a yes response or shake your head left and right to indicate a no response. These are 2 of the only 5 responses that you are allowed to use. The rest will be taught to you as your stay here increases." The three guards told her as they waited for the indicated approved response and would put mittens with chains on her that were locked by a heavy padlock and chained together and locked again with another heavy padlock.
