Weighing your used diapers.

Has anyone here ever weighed their used diapers. I just did it for the first time and it weighed 2 lbs 4 oz. I weighed it after I took it off and showered. I simply stood on the scale with the wrapped up diaper in my hands and took the reading. Then I set the diaper down and took another reading. Subtract the lesser number and you have your used diaper weight. It will be interesting to see what kind of weights we get from other people.

Note: most of my diaper weight was from pee, but their was also a small load of poop in it.

Wow. I thought this would be an interesting post but I was really wrong on this topic.

I'll confess, I've done this. Overnight nappy, nearing it's capacity and with a big load in the back, stood on the scales. Removed said nappy and back on the scales. I can't remember the exact weight, but it was definitely over 4lbs! ?
