Tim pointed angrily “you forgot my shoes. I asked about them and you said you had them and and we’ll i do t really know about the other thing”

“ still any adult would have remembered them.  And you can’t go home anyway because I broke your lease and it’s you land lord. So you have no choice to stay with me “ Cody saidz

“What no you can’t do that, I have rights this is crazy. I don’t  want to live with you I don't even know you. Why are you doing this”

“ I’m doing this for your safety.  We will set rules and stuff late when we go home. For now you have to go back and color “ Cody said the kids were coming back soon.

Tim let out a frustrated gravel “fine, finevill go sit but I’m not going to color. He loudly made his way to he desk and threw himself into a seat

Cody was not happy about how the little boy went to the desk. “ I think you need to watch your attitude or you can find yourself in timeout. “ Cody said scolding the little bit.

” Would anyone in the class like to help little Tim over there color. He’s having trouble “ Cody asked the class.

Tim simply scrawled at Cody and refused to color. When Cody asked the class who wanted to help him. He turned bright pink a a sea of hands went up.

Another boy raised his hand  who’s name was Brad. “ I will help” brad said. 

Cody smiled  brad was much bigger then tim Andy looked perfect for the job. “ okay go over and help him color and maybe teach him his colors “ Cody said.

brad went over and kneeled next to Tim. “ what do you want to color. A train or truck “ brad asked.

Tim flushed bright red and shrugged. He didn’t want to make a scene trains are pretty cool I guess”

Brad opened the book to a train and picked up a green crayon. “ what color is this Timmy “ brad asked.

Tim blushed furiously but not wanting to make a scene in front of this child he said “green that’s green... I know my color I promise”

Brad smiled and clapped. “ that’s such a good job now why don’t you color your train green “ brad said putting the crayon in tim hand. 

Cody walked over to see how things were going. “ is Timmy behaving “ Cody asked.

” Yes he is he being such a good boy “ brad said happily.

Tim groaned but colored the train. When Cody approached he said “it’s Tim not Timmy and I’m not a little boy”

Cody wasn’t happy at Tim repsonse. “ that was very rude and your name is Timmy it just fits you better. Now go back to color before you end up in time out.”

Tim looked up and pleaded “but but I’m not a little boy, I’m really not, I’m just telling the truth” he bit at his thumb nervously and scuffed his sock on the tile pulling it up and down his foot

Cody just loooked at the little bit. “ I think someone needs a nap if you are going to keep whining or maybe you need the potty. Do you want brad to take you potty “ Cody said to the little boy.

Tim looked horrified “you can’t... I mean he can’t.. I don’t need to potty, I’m ok” he didn’t know what to do this was so uncomfortable.

Cody wasn’t to sure the little boy was okay. “ okay before we leave today I will have brad take you. I know sometimes you have trouble “ Cody said going back to the class. 

Brad was happily coloring and looked at Tim. “ it’s okay to have potty accidents “ brad said.

Tim took a deep breath to steady himself and stood up. He quietly marched up to to Cody and tugged on his shirt to get his attention. Once he had it he said “look I need to use the bathroom but you have to let me go on my own. I’m not actually a little I have hair and stuff and well it’s awkward. I can go my own self I promise...”

Cody felt a tug on his shirt and knew it was Tim. He looked down and listened. “ sorry you are to small to go on your own you can have brad take you or hold it for another 45 minutes when class ends “ Cody said noting to remove the little boy hair later.

Tim looked confused he really had to go. He knew he should be mad but he just felt small “but I do t k ow, can I even walk in the hall in just socks, the potty,,, I mean bathroom is all yucky and well I can go in the stall and shut the door right?

Cody thought about it for a seconds.” Yes you will be fun now have brad  take you to the potty “ Cody said. T

Tim whined but turned around and held out his hand “” Brad can can you take me to potty please” he asked shyly

Brad smiled he grabbed tim hand which was much bigger and walked him to the bathroom. He went in the stall with Tim then helped Tim pull his pants down and get on the potty. “ okay go potty “ brad said.

Tim covered himself “please shut the door I can’t go in front of anyone” he waited for Brad to leave
