Alice: I hug you and put you back to bed

"C-can you stay with me until I fall asleep?"

Alice: No your a big girl but i will leave the door open

[Wannatripbaby]

"Oh. Uhh, okay." I did not expect that. She’s usually so eager to help me when I'm scared. Maybe she's just tired? Yeah. She must be tired. Besides, I've had nightmares for years and usually all I got was a punishment if I woke anyone up. I... I'll be okay. "G-Goodnight, Mommy. Th-thank you for helping me."

Alice: I leave the room leaving the door open and go back to bed

At first I was still a little scared and trembling slightly. But I hugged my teddy bear close and kept reminding myself that Mommy & Daddy were just down the hall if I needed them. After about a half hour I managed to fall back to sleep.

Bob: We sleep till morning

[Wannatripbaby]

I stay asleep until someone wakes me up.

Alice: Sweetie it’s time to get up

[Wannatripbaby]

Sweetie.

I stir and slowly sit up. "Good morning, Mommy."

Alice: Good morning 

Bob: I get some coffee and leave for work 

[Wannatripbaby]

"I... I hope I didn't mess up your sleep too much." I look away.

Alice: No you didn’t honey 

[Wannatripbaby]

I smile weakly. "Well that's good. I... I'm not sure if I'd of had the courage to come wake you up."

Alice: That’s fine sweetie now what would you like to do today 

[Wannatripbaby]

"Oh! I uhh, I dunno. I'm n-n-not used to making choices."

Alice: Well mommy has to do some work today 

[Wannatripbaby]

"Oh. What kind of work, Mommy?"

Alice: Mommy has to finish up some reports 

[Wannatripbaby]

"Ah. And w-where do you have to do that?" Am I gonna need a babysitter? Or daycare? I don't want some random strange seeing, let alone CHANGING my diapers!

Alice: No sweetie i can do it from home

[Wannatripbaby]

I breath a sigh of relief. "Well, you don't have to worry about me. Just tell me when you need to work and I won't bother you. I can take care of myself for a few hours." Even though the last few days I haven't done so well at that, but I'm used to being on my own. I can entertain myself just fine.
