I look up at her "r-really? B-b-but I've been nothing but trouble since I got here." I look back down at the floor. "I don't deserve loving parents."

The cold, wet Pull-up hugging my waist barely even registered with me compared to how horrible I felt inside.

"I... I had an accident, Mommy." It's a little late for confessions now, Anna! "I was s-scared to tell you. That's why I locked myself in the bathroom."

Alice: I clean you up

"I'm sorry, Mommy." I wasn’t quite sure what I was saying sorry for exactly. Wetting myself? Locking myself in the bathroom? Refusing to admit to my accident? I had a lot to be sorry for and I had no idea how I should start making up for it.

I felt... I don't know. Complete. Like there had been a part of me had always been missing, now I was whole again in my Mommy’s love. I didn’t say anything. I didn’t think about how muchI didn't deserve it. I just enjoyed this amazing feeling that I hoped would never go away.

Alice: I wake up and come to check on you
