Newly adopted and then babied (private)

[LittleBabyGirl]

Skylar gets out of her daddys lap running slipping over due to the wooden floor and her only wearing tights. She gets up crying even more heading upstairs.

"What juice do you want baby?" Rosie asks

[Danny]

Tom goes after skylar "honey come here.  Daddy needs to comfort you"

Danny looks at you "me want apple please mommy" and he looks a little worried about skylar 

[LittleBabyGirl]

Rosie gets a sippy cup and fills it with apple juice. "Are you ok baby? Are you worried about your sister?"

Skylar goes into the master bedroom and hides under the covers crying curled up. The diaper wet from being scared

[Danny]

Looks at mommy and nods "yeah. She's my twin so she's always going to be my priority no matter what.  I don't want her to ever get hurt"

Tom finds Skylar. "Hey honey" sits on the bed "it's okay.  Where does it hurt? Do you need a fresh diaper?"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"Do you know how to calm her down when theres a storm?" Rosie asks as they leave the kitchen

Skylar moves around on the bed under the covers hiding

[Danny]

Looks at you "just to comfort her and make sure the storm goes away quickly" 

"Skylar.  Come on honey. Daddy's here"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"How about you go help Daddy then? I think they are upstairs." Mommy says

Skylar still squirms around still moving as she cries

[Danny]

Danny nods sad toddles upstairs to see his sister. 

"Skylar it's okay.  Come and give daddy a hug"

[LittleBabyGirl]

Tom sees Dan. "Hey little man. You come to help your sister." He says moving out of the way for him

Skylar stops movjng and lays in one spot curled up

[Danny]

Danny nods at his daddy and wonders where skylar is "Sky. Big brothers here.  Come out from under there. Do you want me to change you? It's okay. Daddy Tom is going to look after us. I know it's a strange place but I promise you'll be okay" 

[LittleBabyGirl]

Skylar comes out from under thr covers and runs over to Dan clinging to him crying. "Its scary. The storm and being here. Its all scary." She cries

Tom just heads downstairs leaving the twins alone

[Danny]

Dan hugs his sister "let's go to your room and get you freshened up.  And then we can talk. Okay skylar?"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"Ok." Skylar replies holding her brother hand as they head to her nursery 

[Danny]

Takes you to the nursery to get you changed and wonders if I'm allowed to change you

[LittleBabyGirl]

"Where do you want me to lay down Dan?" Skylar asks stood there

[Danny]

Looks at you "I'll have to ask mommy if I'm allowed to change you. I thought you had a changing table now?"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"You can change me Dan and its just i dont know if your tall enough if im laid on the table so i didnt know if the floor would be best."

[Danny]

Looks at you "I'd have to check with mom to make sure I'm allowed"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"Why? Im soaked." I say to you

[Danny]

"Because I'm a toddler, I might not be allowed to change you.  But dad knows I am so what's the harm" I say as I begin changing you

[LittleBabyGirl]

Skylar lays there on thr floor quietly sucking on her thumb crying as the storm continues but it isnt too close

[Danny]

I lay you on the changing  table and begins changing your nappy

[LittleBabyGirl]

Skylar lays there as Dan changes her. 

"I wonder how the babies are doing." Rosie says to Tom

[Danny]

Dan tickles his twin sister as he gets her changed

Tom looks at you "I think Skylar needed changing, she was hiding under the covers because of the thunder and I think she wet herself, and I think Dan was going to change her. I guess she is so used to her brother changing her that she just likes him changing her. If he has changed her, then he shouldn't be told off for helping out, right?"

[LittleBabyGirl]

"Yeah. He is older than her after all technically as she is a baby and he is a toddler but we shouldnt let him to do it to often because its our job and not his. He should be relaxing and enjoying himself." Rosie replies to Tom as they sit there together.

Skylar starts giggling completely forgetting the storm now as it passes
