Protective Heroine and her Ward

"I love you too, Jamie." Lara said and kissed his forehead. "Well, he is the one for me."

April smiled happily. "I'm happy you two are happy together."

Jamie looked to April and said "Love you too Nana"

April kissed Jamie's head saying "You're a sweetheart. Lara honey want me to wash the dishes before I head out. I figure you two want a little alone time"

"That would be great. Thank you, April. And its fine if you wanna stay a little longer. Jamie's not gonna grow so soon." She said

[Sephy]

April nodded. "Thanks hon" April would come back a moment later with a cookie for Jamie. "Here cutie"

Jamie smiled back happily as he took the cookie.

"What do you say to Nana, baby?" Lara asked as she looked at him.

[Sephy]

Jamie looked to his Nana saying "Thank you"

April smiled and gave Jamie an eskimo kiss.

"That's a good boy." Lara praised

[Sephy]

Jamie blushed but smiled all the same.

April smiled as she went about cleaning.

"Oh, April. Leave the cleaning to me." Lara said to her.

[Sephy]

April nodded. "I can take this one for a moment if you want"

Lara sighed softly. "What would I do without my mother?" She smiled a little as she handed Jamie to her and began to clean up the kitchen.

April smiled. "You would be fine honey, I taught you well. You'll be well even after I'm gone."

Jamie didn't like this conversation and began crying softly.

April rubbed the back of Jamie's back and gave him his pacifier. "Don't you worry baby boy Nana's going to be around for a good long while"

"I don't know if Jamie will be fine though." Lara said as she cleaned up.

"Well me and him need to bond a bit more, so I can teach him too. Like I did for you" April said as she hugged and cuddled Jamie.

Lara nodded as she finished cleaning up.

April took Jamie off to play.

Lara went to the other parts of the house to clean up.

Jamie and April were in cuddling while Jamie sang along with some baby shows.

Lara could hear them and smiled to herself.

Jamie started messing himself as they watched on.

April chuckled and played with Jamie for a moment before taking him to get changed.

Lara was in the bedroom as she saw April bring Jamie in. "Little guy needs a diaper change?"

[Sephy]

"Yeah he had to go and well he didn't like his messy pants at the moment" April replied back.

Jamie kept himself calm suckling on his paci while holding on to his Nana's phone. He was watching so ABC videos while he was being changed.

Lara chuckled. "There's something really cute about watching him as a preteen. Its like he's not fully teen and not fully child as well.

[Sephy]

Jamie was zoned out watching his show. He still had baby habits and would respond much like one.

April finished diapering up Jamie and picked him back up.

Lara watched as the two bonded with each other.
