Protective Heroine and her Ward

"Thanks, honey." Lara said as they sat down at a nice table.

Kris soon stopped and took him back into her arms.

Jamie smiled as he just stared lovingly at Lara. He sighed as he thought about his next move.

TK happily nuzzled into his mommy.

Lara held his hand as she intertwined her fingers with his. "Oh honey, tonight feels so special for some reason."

Kris brought him to her bedroom and gently laid him with her and Leon.

Jamie nodded back with a loving smile.

TK nuzzled into his mommy while he took his daddy's hand.

Lara sighed  happily as she kissed his hand a little.

"Awww you are a sweetie." Kris said and cuddled them both.

Jamie ordered himself a steak. He knew it would possibly make him sick, but he wanted to enjoy this adult time with Lara. "Can we get something special to drink?" He asked Lara.

TK babbled softly to his mommy.

Lara looked to him and nodded. "It feels like a special night so why not."

Kris nuzzled his nose with hers and sighed softly.

Jamie smiled as he ordered them a bottle. After awhile they had their drinks and their meal.

TK giggled happily. "Mommy" he cooed.

Lara enjoyed her night with Jamie. The food was great and the drink made her unwind a little.

Kris kissed his forehead and sighed.

Jamie kissed Lara's hand. "Honey before we head home I have a quick question for you" He kneeled down and showed her the ring. "Will you marry me?"

TK drifted off again while nuzzling into his mommy.

Lara was in complete shock. "Oh babe...I thought you'd never ask. Yes!" She said with excitement in her voice.

"Sleepy little guy." Kris said and kissed him.

Jamie happily hugged Lara. He was overjoyed to know Lara said yes. "I was so worried you might say no, now that I am..... you know"

TK slept with a soft snore.

Leon started to wake. "Everything okay hon?"

"Oh honey, I told you I can't live without you." Lara said and held him close.

"Yes, honey. Our TK just went back to sleep again." Kris chuckled.

Jamie happily hugged and deeply kissed Lara. "I don't know what I would do without you" He said softly.

"His body does need it" Leon said with a chuckle.

"Hey.. that's my line." Lara said and kissed him back.

"True. He is our precious little prince." Kris said

Jamie paid while he kept Lara's hand in his . :"How about we go celebrate at home hon"

"He's going to be so spoiled" Leon chuckled.

"Sounds like a lovely idea."  Lara said as she placed Jamie's hand on her cheek.

"I'm afraid he already is, my darling." Kris said and giggled

Jamie went with Lara back to the car. "Are you okay to drive?" he asked worriedly.

Leon chuckled back. "Should we worry about it?"

Lara nodded. "I'll be fine, honey." She said as she got in the car.

"Maybe a little? But we really can't help spoiling him now can we?" Kris said

Jamie was not really sober. His body wasn't built to take in the alcohol anymore.

Leon kissed his son's forehead. "I guess not, but maybe when he gets older this time around maybe we try to rein him in a little"

Lara drove them home and they soon arrived back.

Kris nodded. "Yes, I suppose you're right, babe." She said

Jamie would be heavily soaked once they got home. "Honey I don't feel so good"

Leon kissed Kris' lips saying. "How about we get Lindsey to make us something to eat"

TK babbled in his sleep

"What's wrong, honey?" Lara asked as she laid him down and changed his diaper.

"That sounds like a good idea." Kris said

Jamie puked into a nearby trash can and said "Better"

Leon went to get choice something with Lindsey's help.

TK started to woke up again.

Lara rubbed his back as she looked to him worriedly. "You okay, honey?"

Kris softly kissed TK. "Hey, snookums."
