Grandma's Baby (Private to Danny and I)

[Danny]

Picks you up and places you in your crib so I can clean up the changing table and also wash my hands as it was a very messy job "I'll be right back sweetums with your bottle"

[BabyGabrial]

"Otay Gwam Gwam" I say as I crawl around my crib playing around with my stuffed animals and happily fling them around

[Danny]

"and no bad behaviour please, play nicely" I call as I see you playing around with your stuffed animals and cleans up the changing table and your diaper and then goes and washes my hands

[BabyGabrial]

"Otay Gwam Gwam! I good baby! I say bouncing around my stuffed animals

[Danny]

I nod and give you a look "That's a good boy, just make sure you stay that way or you will be punished. Don't think because you are a baby that the rules need to change from you being an adult. You're still an adult remember. But you are acting like a baby"

[BabyGabrial]

I know how to get a little upset at that reminder and I don't want to remember that I'm an adult I just want to let loose and be carefree but grandma doesn't seem to understand that

[Danny]

Looks at you but doesn't say anything because I know it'll become an argument and I don't want that

[BabyGabrial]

I just continue playing and turn away from you and snuggle my bunny

[Danny]

Looks at him and leaves him to play as he's pretty comfortable in his own little bubble 

[BabyGabrial]

I play in my crib until I get bored and fall back to sleep

[Danny]

I go downstairs to make a start on dinner and think about asking you what you want, but I hear you sleeping on the baby monitor and decide not to wake you and just feed you some jars of strained peas and chicken.

[BabyGabrial]

I sleep like the baby I want to be for a few hours. Afterwards I wake up whimpering

[Danny]

I hear you and comes upstairs and picks you up and comforts you "what's wrong little one.  It's okay. Gwam Gwam is here"

[BabyGabrial]

I calm down as I just wanted you ,cling to you, and look around for my binky

[Danny]

I pick you up and see you've dropped your pacifier on the other side of the crib and so I pick it up and goes to wash it and hands it back to you "there you go sweetheart"

[BabyGabrial]

I open wide so you can put it in as I hang on to you tightly

[Danny]

I smile at you and sits you on the sofa and goes and cleans up some more while you watch TV before bathtime 

[BabyGabrial]

I lay on the couch and make baby noises as I kick my feet and suck my binky

[Danny]

I come back down to you after a while "right it's time for baby's bath time" I say as I pick you up and carries you upstairs. "Did someone make a stinky poo for gwam Gwam? "

[BabyGabrial]

"But baby no eat dindin" I say as I hold my stomach ready to cry

[Danny]

I look at you and kiss you "its okay honey. Gwam Gwam knows you're only a little bit wet" 

(Can we skip dinner?)

[BabyGabrial]

(We'll just do dinner after bath)

[Danny]

I sit you in your highchair and puts some of the food that I've made for you in front of you and sits down with you "Gwam Gwam will feed you before bathtime. Now open wide"

[BabyGabrial]

I giggle and open my mouth widely for you "ahhhh"

[Danny]

I make sure the bib is strapped round your neck before feeding you and makes aeroplane noises
