Macy's Good Friend and her home stay sister troubles

[Shy-Diapers]

"It's ok. My parents do it all the time." Macy said reassuringly. "Now I gotta go do homework. Maybe after we can talk. But I don't wanna be in trouble at school on Monday."

Sayuri nodded.

[Shy-Diapers]

"She seems to be doing ok. I told Macy to hang out with her, but it seems she's ditched her since she went right back outside." Sarah said with a small sigh.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri became bore of the English studies, and she went back down to see what Sarah was doing.

Mike sighed.

"We can't force them to hang out together," he told his wife.

[Shy-Diapers]

Sarah was draining the pasta in the collunder in the sink and started to boil broccoli.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri walked to the kitchen.

"I can help," she said.

[Shy-Diapers]

"It's okay honey. Why don't you go find Macy. She should be hanging out with you." Sarah said covering the pot on the stove.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri nodded and went out to the yard to find Macy.

"Excuse me,"she called out in the yard.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy groaned and carefully shut her sketchbook, not wanting to ruin the charcoal. She put everything in her bag and climbed down the small wood pieces attached to the tree trunk.

"A kid at her age?" Mike was startled a bit.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yeah, we went to the bathroom and I washed her clothes when we got home. She was trying to explain but didn't have the right words."

Macy sighed and shook her head. "It's whatever. They'll make me come inside anyway." She headed inside and slumped down on the loveseat.

[Ishigreensa]

"They didn't tell us that she has any problems with this kind of thing when we agreed to host her," he said surprised.

[Shy-Diapers]

"I doubt it. Let's not worry about it unless it starts to happen again." Sarah said reassuringly. She buttered the noodles and started to dish it out.

[Ishigreensa]

MIke frowned and nodded.

[Shy-Diapers]

"As well as you can expect. Since I was against this idea." Macy said under her breath, slumping in her chair.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri wondered if these people were always going to insist on making the kids do things all the time.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy sighed and went to the fridge to get the milk and juice. Usually she had to check her blood sugar before drinking sugary things like juice, but she didn't want to this time and just started pouring the cups. "Milk or juice?" She asked Sayuri, pointing to the milk jug and the bottle grape juice.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri smiled.

"Can I drink ju-usu?" she asked.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy shrugged and poured the juice. It sounded close enough to juice so she didn't really Care. She gave the cup over to Sayuri and handed her parents the milk they usually drank as they sat down. She hoped for once in her life she wouldn't be nagged about testing her levels.

"Macy?

[Shy-Diapers]

"I'm fine dad." Macy said rolling her eyes. She went over and let her dad test her though. Her levels were a bit high, but nothing near dangerous.

[Ishigreensa]

"Oh, I heard of that," Sayuri said when it was explained.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yeah. That's right. She has to checkfi make sure she's ok." Sarah said.

[Ishigreensa]

Sayuri sighed and watched what Macy was doing until she came to the table.

When the parents seemed preoccupied, she whispered to her new friend.

"That's for sure." Macy grumbled quietly.
