Macy's Good Friend and her home stay sister troubles

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yeah I guess that would be nice." Macy said with a shrug. She felt almost like a lost cause at this point.

"Well, just because I look busy all the time with other people, it doesn't mean you can't ask to talk to me.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yeah but I learned not to interrupt you guys when you're talking or busy." Macy said. She used to get chastised for interrupting her parents when they'd be talking or doing something important, mainly by her mother.

Mike frowned.

"I knew that was a mistake, your mother getting upset at you just for showing us something.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy was surprised her dad seemed to know what she was thinking without her even saying it.

Mike nodded.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy checked her levels, and she was fine so she'd be able to drink her soda.

[Ishigreensa]

"I think I'm starting to understand, honey.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy shrugged. "Yeah we can. I just kinda got used to you not being around and just not having a patent that knows me." She said matter of factly.

[Ishigreensa]

"I don't like you thinking I'm not around," Mike said.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy nodded. She ate her food quietly. She wanted her father to know her more but didn't know where to start. 5 years went by with Macy trying to hide under the radar, so that was five years of Mike not knowing his daughter.

When she was little she used to run and hug her father as soon as he came home. But after her mother pushed her away, she stopped. She felt like she didn't matter anymore. Now she wouldn't even leave her room if he came home.

Mike smiled at his little girl.

"I know you like Friendly's because you requested it, but what is your favorite restaurant?" Mike asked her.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy shrugged. "It used to be friendly's because you used to take me here all the time. But I don't have one now. I don't really go out to eat much. But I guess probably something Chinese."

[Ishigreensa]

Mike smiled and nodded.

"It has been a while since we went here together, hasn't it?"

He sat back and relaxed a bit taking his time eating so he could enjoy his time with his daughter.

Macy ate pretty silently. Though she tried not to think about school tomorrow, it was weighing pretty heavily on her mind. She finished her burger and poked at the fries, the stress starting to get to her.

"Are you okay?" Mike asked his daughter.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy nodded.

[Ishigreensa]

MIke smiled and nodded.

"Then we can just go somewhere to hang out if you want," he said.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Okay." Macy said quietly.

[Ishigreensa]

Mike smiled.

[Shy-Diapers]

Macy shook her head.

[Ishigreensa]

"That sounds great, honey. Set us up with the pottery class and we will see about the other one later if there is time, okay"

Mike looked up at the waitress.

Macy nodded and signed up for the class. She smiled at her dad. Things were looking good.

Once she had signed up for the classes, Mike ushered her to the car to get there so they could spend time doing what Macy likes.

Macy smiled and got in the car. She was glad she was able to be with her father doing something she enjoyed.
