Ralph sighed and picked her up and started to sway with her while Steven finished his lunch.

Lucy continued kicking around trying to get down but then her attention turned to looking outside st the dogs that were walking past with their owners. She then turned

Ralph was a little shocked at what had just happened in less than five minutes.

Lucy sits in the back of the car cuddling her teddy bear. "Daddy im bored." She whines sat there trying to keep herself entertaining but had nothing to do. She moves around constantly whining to herself.

Ralph sighed.

"We need to stop at the store anyway to get you a blanket to cover the wet seat, so maybe we can get you something to pass the time in the car, if you like," he said.

Lucy kept bouncing around throwing her teddy in the air and catching it but at one point it ended up in the footwell of rhe drivers seat. Lucy wasnt happy snd started screaming kicking her legs around kicking the drivers seat trying to get out of the seat. She wasnt going to settle yet the environment she was in was peaceful and calm

Ralph eventually got the car stopped, and he thought it was also much wiser to get her a carseat to keep her from kicking the driver's seat.

Lucy sits in her daddys arms but when they arrive at the store she gets down and starts to try and run back to the car crying. She had forgotten her teddy which was in the footwell of the drivers side.

Ralph sighed and went back to get Lucy and he being much bigger, had scooped her up before she got ten feet away.

"Lucy!" he scolded her.

"Teddy. Hes in the car all alone and scared. I need teddy and teddy needs me." Lucy says almost crying. She tried to get down out of her daddys arms so she could go to rhe car to get her teddy from the footwell of the drivers seat

Ralph frowned at his thirteen year old girl acting like an elementary school kid at best, but he let her go get the bear, taking her hand to lead her there so she didn't run out in front of a car to get there.

Steven grinned to himself thinking it was adorable.

Lucy holds her toy and walks back to the store with her daddy and Steven. "What are we getting in here?' She asks as they walk inside the store. She looks around then at her dsddy

"Well, we need to get some blankets, one to cover that wet spot in the car so you don't accidentally get your pants wet, and then I want to get you kids some stuff to do on the way home, maybe some coloring books or something."

Steven smiled up at his dad.

"Steven, I think you should sit in the back with your sister the rest of the trip."

"But I thought we worked it out."

"You did, but I really don't think she should be back there by herself.

Lucy just follows around the store impatiently. Her attention going everywhere to everything that they pass. "Daddy can we get some sort of screen that attached to the headrest of the seat in front where we can play dvds from." Lucy asks.

He sighed.

"Honey, it takes time to put those kind of things in not to mention money.

Lucy tskes hold of Stevens hand and pulls him to the toy section and she stands there looking at all

Steven walked with her smiling.

"Lucy?" he started to talk to her as she examined the first coloring book.

"No i didnt do it on purpose. Leave me alone." Lucy says pushing Steven away from her quite hard. She then goes back to her daddy and just stands there beside him resting her head on his side.

Steven ran up towards her, and then he sighed.

She was being really difficult.

Isabelle didnt even know what was wrong with her so she couldnt tell Steven anything. She just stands there cuddling her teddy waiting patiently. She doesnt even look at Steven.

They finally finished getting what he wanted to get including some coloring books and crayons and started to take the children back out to the car.

Steven got in the dry side of the car, and Ralph put in a tarp and a blanket before letting her get in.

"There, you are, dry seat, honey," he told his daughter.

"Why does he have to sot back here? I dont want him back here with me.' Lucy says sat tgere in the back of the car witb her seatbelt buckled.

"Because I can't leave you alone back there, honey," Ralph answered her.

"I dont need him back here. He can stay up the front. All im going to do is colour." Lucy says sat there holding her teddy and colouring book and cokoured pencils/crayons
