Katie's Intruder

[Shy-Diapers]

"Okay." Katie said nodding.

[Ishigreensa]

"Now, paint, yes, we can do," he said.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yeah." Katie said smiling.

[Ishigreensa]

"That sounds messy," her dad said.

[Shy-Diapers]

"It's not that messy Daddy. We've done it in shop class. If you do it

[Ishigreensa]

He doubted that.

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie sighed. She shook her head and continued walking. She didn't want to argue with her dad right now.

[Ishigreensa]

They looked at storage cabinets.

"So, do you want to get a white one, then and splatter that with paint, too?" he asked her.

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie nodded.

[Ishigreensa]

"Honey, that paint was paid for on a company credit card.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Sorry." Katie said with a sigh. She had meant the paint from when they used to do projects in the garage paint that were the colors she liked. She wouldn't have known the other kind wasn't allowed to be used or she wouldn't have said anything

[Ishigreensa]

"You don't have to be sorry, honey.

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie nodded but wasn't really listening. She helped put stuff on the counter without talking to her dad. She just wasn't in a good mood. No reason to it really.

[Ishigreensa]

He paid for everything, and then set up arrangements to have the furniture delivered the next evening that was too big for the car.

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie nodded. She climbed into the car and checked her levels. She was still in the Normal range so she just sipped some water.

(Not sure whatelse, but to skip to some point of the family coming back together?)

(Yeah I figured you'd drive home and now mom and Jess would be there.)

Katie climbed out of the car and took a bunch of bags to her room, not stopping to notice or acknowledge if her mom or new sister were in the living or dining rooms.

[Ishigreensa]

As she went up, she would see some boxes just outside of Jessie's room, too, and Jessica was in her room arranging things.

[Shy-Diapers]

"Yes?" Katie asked Jessica when she saw her.

[Ishigreensa]

"I was just wondering..., would you like to draw together or something later?

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie shrugged she didn't really want to do anything with the girl right now.

[Ishigreensa]

The parents were downstairs talking about what they were doing with the girls' rooms.

[Shy-Diapers]

Katie quickly went back downstairs to her dad and sat next to him on the couch.

[Ishigreensa]

"Yeah, you'll have to sleep on the sofa tonight," he told her.

[Shy-Diapers]

"I'll just use my sleeping bag in my room." Katie said. She didn't like the idea of sleeping on the couch with very little privacy, especially since she wouldn't have an excuse to avoid Jess if she couldn't shut her door.
