Noah frowned seeing the toothbrush was small and had Thomas the train on it. "I don't use those tooth brushes. I use bigger tooth brushes."

"Stop fussing and just use it Noah." Said Danei, brooking no argument with a stern look in his direction.

She put some toothpast on it and handed it to him.

Noah frowned. "No." He rushed passed her and ran out his room.

Danei sighed, this patient was proving difficult. She came in to his room and sat down on the chair in the corner. "Noah," she said in a patient voice. "Could you please brush you teeth, if not you have to brush them in the morning."

"No. And I won't brush them tomorrow either." Noah pouted. He didn't even get to pick his own tooth brush.

Danei sighed. "I'm not gonna argue anymore Noah. Now get into bed. I'll read you a bedtime story if you want?", she said.

Noah got into the toddler bed. "I don't wanna bedtime story." He says stubbornly. he covered up in the seaseme street blankets.

"Alright." Danei put the nurae call button by him and said "If you need me press this button, goodnight." She went out then went downstairs to the cafeteria.

Noah nodded. "Goodnight."

Danei went into Noah's room at 8:30. She gently shook him "It's time to get uo Noah.'

(I thought Danei was gonna have a conversation with another nurse?)

Noah whined as he was shook awake. "No don't wanna get up." Noah whined. He opened his eyes

"I know dear but you have to get up itherwuse you won't sleep well tonight." She says, "Now get up we need to have breakfast your checkup's at 9:30."

(I don't want him to be wetting the bed yet)

Noah pouted and sat up. He got out of the bed by himself. "Can I have breakfast please?" He asks.

"Yes we are going to go downstairs now, I do have one thing to tell you though, we couldn't contact your Mommy." She takes his hand and takes him to the cafteteria.

"Do you even know my mom's number? I told you she wasn't with me yesterday." Noah says. He put his hand on his head frustrated

"That's why we're trying to find it, now do you want chocolate milk with your cornflakes?" , she asked whule taking him round the cafeteria.

"Yeah but I don't like cornflakes. Can I have Cheerios or a poptart?" Noah asks. He walked with her.

"Alright you can have cheerios. But do yiu want chocolate milk?" She asks, patiently. She takes him iver to the cereals and pours hum a bowl and then puts the milk in.

"Yes please." Noah says. "What's gonna happen at the check up again?" He asks

"It will just be a nirmal physical, height, weight, rflexes... the usual." She says while poring him a glass of chocolate milk and leading hum to a table.

"Okay." Noah sat at the table with Danei. He started to eat his breakfast. And before they know it he's finished and ready for his check up.
