Ralph smiled and tried a little because he thought it would make her happy.

Avishag giggled at her uncle's reaction as well as the boop on her nose. She booped her uncle Ralph's nose back before going back to her soup.

Ralph smiled at her and put a little bit of his lasagna on her plate to see if she would eat it.

Avishag was about to try a bite of the lasagna, but then remembered that lasagna was primarily cheese. She shook her head and pointed to the visible white cheese.

Ralph smiled and pointed at her egg.

Avishag shook her head. If anything, eggs were considered part of the meat category, not dairy. She gently pushed the plate back to her uncle.

Ralph sat her sit right up, and just before he could really start to guess what had made her uncomfortable, he noticed that she had started to squirm a bit in her seat.

Avishag nodded and reached for her Uncle's hand, her other hand holding both her sheep and her crotch. She really had to go.

Ralph did get a little frustrated at the fact that they were so close to the bathroom, but he wasn't mad at her.

Avishag was crying as she was carried out of the store. She didn't know why her uncle couldn't change her into the clothes he had just bought her at the store.

Ralph got her home, and he sighed and looked over seeing she had not moved her hand at all.

Avishag backed away from her uncle nervously. She looked scared. She didn't understand what he meant. Of course she realized it happened. She was wearing wet tights and panties, how could she not know.

Ralph sighed and he moved quickly to pick her up.

"Come on, honey.

Avishag cringed when her uncle picked her up. She was scared for whatever reason. The girl wasn't usually so skiddish, but after the death of her parents and all the stress, her nerves were shot.

Ralph came up to the bathroom, and he knocked lightly on the door before coming in with a clean towel and her clean clothes.

(Eggs are considered pareve. Which is the category of being neither meat nor dairy in Jewish culture.)

Avishag nodded her head about the tummy problems. While it wasn't the combination that gave her tummy problems, it was the fact that she ate so much and the food was greasy compared to the homemade food she usually ate, and such her body wasn't used to that kind of food and it was very apparent now.

Ralph sighed and he squatted down by her and put a hand on her shoulder.

"Well, at least you opened your mouth, honey," he said trying to encourage her.

Avishag happily started playing with the new doll she had gotten. She was also very delighted to see that the bed for the doll came with some pajamas that were red and white vertical stripes.

"Oh, did you get a new toy?" he asked her.

Avishag nodded and smiled. She then set the doll in her lap. When he asked her to write down her name, she looked down. She hadn't thought of a name for the doll yet, but also she couldn't think of how to write anything. She knew and remembered how to write, but it was just that she didn't have the words to do so.

She shook her head and stared at her lap. She felt disappointed in herself. A nine year old should know how to write. She hoped her cousin wouldn't be upset or angry with her.

He smiled.

Avishag shook her head. She wanted to think of the name for her doll on her own. She hoped that was alright.
