Jay smiled and nodded thinking about her name.

(So, do you want her actual name we change it to, to really become Isabelle, and she had had a different name all along, or should we really change her name for the role play, too?)

Isabelle sits in the car smiling cuddling her toy

Jay smiled and took her to the courthouse about twenty minutes away from their motel room.

"Well, this is it," he said.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Isabelle gets out of thr car with her stuffed panda and waits for Jay. "So what is my new name?" She asks as they walk in. Isabelle holding his hand

"I think I'll call you Ruth Olivia," he said to her.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Isabelle pulls away. "No i dont like the name Ruth. Can it be Skylar Olivia instead please?" She asks stood still looking up at Jay with pleading eyes whilst holding her panda

[Ishigreensa]

Jay looked back the somewhat pouty- somewhat pleading face of a little girl, and he started to melt.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"Yeah im sure that i want to be called Skylar Olivia." The girl says looking at Jay

The waiting and the process took them two hours, but eventually, they came back out with her name changed.

"That's one thing down," Jay said picking her up and carrying her out of the office.

Skylar Olivia rests her head on Jays shoulder as she sits in his arms. She has tight hold of the panda. "Ill be brave for you daddy." She tells him

The wait at the hospital wasn't long, and they were soon seeing a doctor.

"Please check into anything that can be caused by being battered around.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Skylar sits in the Doctors office/examination room cuddling thr panda looking around. "What do i have to get done?" She asks looking at the Doctor

"Well, first of all, we should do a full physical, so some doctors are going to have you do a few physical tests that should be rather simple if you are in good health, then you will have to take some blood and urine samples as well as some xrays and a cat scan just to make sure there aren't any big problems caused by being knocked around.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

Skylar just sits there on the bed cuddling her teddy bear but when needles are mentioned she starts crying and gets off the bed and tries to run out of the room terrified.

Jay reached out to her, but the doctor was the one that caught her.

He wheeled her around, and he bent down at her level, and he smiled.

"Honey, do you know what a blood test?

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

What no one knew was that there were tiny needle marks on her body. She just goes over to Jay cuddling her teddy bear and she cuddles him too tightly. She didnt want to let go at all

(Wouldn't they have found that during the court situation, and Jay had given her a bath multiple times?

Skylar points out small holes on her

[Ishigreensa]

"Oh, baby!" Jay hugged her tight.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"Can you do it daddy? I dont want him to do it. I want you to do it." Skylar says looking at Jay hopong he will ask the doctor if he can do it to make me feel better.

[Ishigreensa]

Jay sighed and shook his head no.

"Honey, I am not a doctor.

[BabyGirlIsabelle]

"Ok daddy." Skylar says sniffling as she cuddles Jay and her teddy bear trying to calm down as she watches the doctor return.

[Ishigreensa]

Jay nodded to the doctor and he whispered to Skylar as he did so.

"So, do you have any ideas of a magical kingdom hidden somewhere in your mind?" he asked her to try to get her talking about something so deeply she hopefully wouldn't pay much attention to what the doctor was doing.

He gestured for the doctor to do what he needed to quietly, and at the same time, he put his hand over his baby's and he balled her fist and pushed on her arm to try to tighten the right vein for the doctor without little Skylar realizing what he was doing, or so he hoped.

When it was finished Skylar looks at Jay. She smiles weakly as she cuddles her teddy bear. Her fce half red and half white as of she doesnt feel well.

Jay cuddled her for a minute before the doctor asked her to lay down.

"You can hold your daddy's hand," he told the little girl.
