The holiday that changed me

Jess was finally glad to be in her seat on the plane, ready to get away from everything that had happened in the last few months. She had gone from a happy, ready to be married girl, to now alone and seemingly lost.

She found out her now ex boyfriend had been seeing someone else, so now it was time to end it. The holiday had long been paid for, so why not make use of it and have some time away to think.

Jess laid back in her seat and decided to sleep for the flight. She looked smaller than most sitting in her seat, she was only 5ft tall and at 22 years old with still youthful looks she was often mistaken for someone much younger than herself.

She woke shortly before the plane landed and was glad to be on the ground, a long way away from her previous troubles. Having collected her luggage and taken a taxi, she was soon walking into the hotel reception.
