Ok so I have a little and well I need some like ideas for rules and stuff to do

Also she says she wants to be forced to do stuff. What should I force her to do?? Any ideas

This actually seems to be coming up a lot lately. It looks like your best suggestions are to ask you little what they want. Other than that take it slow and only "force" her to do the basic stuff (ie. Eat wear a diaper AND use it, eat baby food, play with baby toys, etc). Once you're past the basics, take it from there. You know, baby steps.

Part of the allure of being forced is experimenting with your partner. Sit down with a glass of wine and dinner, just the two of you and discuss intelligently what her desires are and your expectations as well. Listen and keep an open line of communication. Create a safe-word and explore limits. If you go to far, she'll use the safe word and let you know. If you feel she's pushing your limits or exceeding them, use your safe-word. If she's a little, get some cute diapers or pull-ups and on an evening where she's had a rough day, surprise her and take her to the bedroom and tell her tonight, "you're daddies little girl." Take of everything for her, you cook, clean up and let her be a little girl, color, play with dolls or whatever she wants.
