Sarah frowned a little, but still said nothing. She put her thumb in her mouth hoping to calm down without her only two toys. Link to comment

"I'll get you cleaned up quick and you can have them back," she assured Sarah as she picked her up and set her in the tub. "Do you want some toys?" she asked, holding up a mesh bag filled with rubber duckies, boats and other assorted bath toys. Link to comment

Valerie removed the wet nightgown and panties and went to the bathroom for a wet washcloth to wipe Sarah off before getting her dressed. "Okay, how about some lunch? Are you hungry?" she asked as she pulled the wet sheets off the bed and carried them downstairs, along with the wet clothes from earlier. Link to comment

"I'm going to make lunch." Even though Sarah said she wasn't hungry, it was already well past the usual lunch time and Valerie knew Janie would start getting crabby if she didn't eat soon.
