long distant relationships

Has anybody here dealt with a long distant relationship? I'm talking about one from another country. I met someone halfway around the world as far at the time zones go. I've never had feelings for someone like this before. It's a very different feeling that I've never felt before. We've actually been chatting for a couple months now.

I do not know if this qualifies or not but 19 years ago this year I met my husband through the old DPF.

I wouldn't have to worry about all the stuff concerning gay marriage. Neither of us really have the money to see fly over the pond right now. It looks like $1100 is about the cheapest flight right now.
