Seems reasonable...there's a name for that overstretched bladder condition, "Trucker's Bladder"..I'm not sure how it is treated, though.

I don't know how long it will take for your bladder to shrink but with enough time it should :thimbsup: If that is indeed your goal I would recommend that you not try to set a time-frame for it or concern yoiurself with whatever results you see- make this forever instead Just take satisfaction with whatever progress you can achieve and maintain that 'forever' mindset which takes all the possible negative factors out of the equation and leaves only the good You'll feel a lot better that way!
