Colin held Caitlin until she stopped crying, then set her down. "Okay, now you go play," he said and picked up Evie, carrying her to the nursery to see if she needed a diaper change.

Kristyn woke up from her second nap of the day and went looking for her aunt. "Aunt Charlotte, I'm hungry," she said.

She says picking up the small girl and walking to the fridge

Charlotte: What sounds good to your belly?

"Um...a banana," Kristyn says, hoping her aunt lets her have one this time.

She looks in the fruit bowl for some

Charlotte: Im sorry sweety we don't have anymore

She looks in the freezer and pulls out a frozen bannanna

Charlotte: How about a frozen one? Is that okay?

She asks softly

Kristyn frowns but takes the frozen banana. "Yeah I guess so."

Charlotte: Okay darling we will buy some bannannas this weekend okay?

She she says gently

Charlotte: do you wanna sit or do you wanna be held some more?

"I can sit," Kristyn said as she took a bite of her banana.

she says setting Kristin down at the table

Charlotte: Shouldnt you be in your room Abbie?

Abbie sighed. "Yeah, but I'm hungry. Can I at least have a snack? Please?"

Caitlin comes downstairs.and sits on the couch and watches tv.

Colin changes Evie's diaper and brings her downstairs.

"Abbie, you're supposed to be in your room," Colin says.

Caitlin pulls Kristyn gently towards so ahe doesnt get hurt amd then they cuddle on the couch togwther watching tv.

Kristyn leans back and watches tv with her cousin. Normally she wouldn't sit still watching tv all day but obviously she's not feeling quite up to par yet.

Charlotte: Caitlin why don't you go play uostairs or out in the snow with Cora? She should be done practicing by now. I don't want you sitting around watching TV all day.

She says when she sees the two still watching TV.

Kristyn sat up when Charlotte spoke to Caitlin. "Can I go too?"

"But mommy i domt want to play in the snow or play upstairs." Caitlin says in a whiny sort of voice

Charlotte: Colin? What do you think can she play outside? I think she's okay to play uostairs but I don't know about outside.

She says addressing Kristins question.

Charlotte: Well, I don't want you watching TV all day. It's not good for you. Why don't you write your letter to Santa?

She says trying to get her daughter off the couch for once.
