Abbie nodded. "Yeah. It hurts," she said miserably.

Charlotte frowned and got up. "I'll be right back. Mommy's gonna get some medicine for your tummy." She went to the bathroom and searched for the chamomile tablets. "Colin where are the chamomile chewables? Abbie doesn't feel well."

"I'm not sure. Are we out of them? I can run to the drugstore if you want, I should be able to get there before they close."

"That's a good idea. I found them, but there's one left." Charlotte kissed her husband before returning to Abbie. "Here honey chew this."

"Okay, be right back." Colin grabbed his wallet and hurried to his car, hoping he'd make it to the store in time.

Charlotte grabbed the nearby trash can and held it in front of Abbie and rubbed her back. "It's okay baby."

Abbie clutched the trash can and vomited for several minutes. "Okay, I think I'm done," she said tearfully once she finally stopped.

Charlotte grabbed a warm washcloth and wiped Abbie's mouth. "Daddy's at the store getting the medicine for your tummy."

"Okay. Can I sleep in here til he gets back?" Abbie asked, still feeling terrible.

Caitlin comes down and gets drink of milk before going upstaors to bed

Colin soon arrived back home with the tablets and cans of ginger ale. "Here you go. Made it just in time," he said as he handed the medicine to Charlotte.

Charlotte smiled and sat Abbie up. "Honey here take some more medicine then you can have some ginger ale." She said placing a table on her tou be.

Abbie took the medicine and chewed it slowly before swallowing, then waited a few minutes before sipping the ginger ale. After a few sips she handed the can back to Charlotte, not sure if it would stay down or not.

Charlotte set the can to the side and rubbed Abbie's back. "Try and get some sleep baby."

"Okay." Abbie curled up and soon fell asleep. Colin made sure everyone else was in bed before getting into his pajamas and brushing his teeth.

Charlotte was happy Abbie finally fell asleep. "Poor honey. I hope she's better for the party."

"I'm sure she will be. Could just be something she ate," Colin said. "Want to let her sleep here tonight, or should I bring her back to her room?"

"Let her sleep here." Charlotte said. "She'll feel better with us than in her own bed."

"Okay." Colin turned out the light and climbed into bed. "Hopefully no one else will get it."

Charlotte agreed and went to bed. When Abbie woke her up she grabbed the trash can and held it for her. "Is there more baby? Maybe we should lay in the bathroom."

"No, I think that's all," Abbie gasped after puking for about five minutes straight, but seconds later she was bent over the trash can again.

Charlotte nudged Colin awake. "Honey can you help me bring her to the bathroom? Can you carry her and I'll get the garbage can?" She said figuring it'd be better if Abbie threw up in the toilet that the trash.

"Of course." Colin scooped Abbie up and set her in front of the toilet where she proceeded to vomit on and off for the next several hours.
