DiaperedPony
I'm just FULL of questions today! I've been thinking about enemas, and read the brief blurb on the main FAQ for this board that stated they can make a big mess quickly, they can cause dependence if you use them too frequently, and to stick with water/glycerol. Letluvsrool
Either make do with the single use ones you buy in stores or make the plunge and get an enema kit from amazon. With the kit you just fill it with water or whatever you feel like; the single use ones have the chemicals that can cause dependancy. Link to comment
brupan
Get the reusable enema/douche kit. Lots of recipes on line but easiest and safest Is 1 teaspoon salt to one quart water. Experiment and enjoy yourself. Link to comment
DprDJeff
Dependence on enemas is actually not something you want to tempt. It's not really a matter of constipation, but bacteria. Your intestines are full of beneficial bacteria that work with your body to break down your food for absorption. Enema too frequently will wash away that bacteria and not give it a chance to recover. One day a week for enemas should be safe and you can do several enemas on that day if you enjoy it. Link to comment
