Diaper Phliosophy: What Comes First, Desire Wise?

This is the Diaper Lovers version of the chicken before the egg, which ones come 1st when you want to or 1st wanted to use a diaper.

I wanted to clear something up it not i've poop/pee I need a diaper its "I need" to poop/pee, I need/want a diaper and vice versa.
