Diapers in Argentina

In Buenos Aires, there's at least one Panalera, so basically a pharmacy that sells NOTHING other than diapers and associated products like powder etc.

I don't remember the address, but you'll easily find it with google maps or some such. And I'm pretty sure there's quite a few of those places in BA. They seem to be a common thing in Argentina.

with flying you can also bring one extra free carry on bag too. You'll have to declare that bag for medical necessity, but it will allow you to bring extra diapers for free.

I've been there. There are good adult diapers in almost every pharmacy there. Often you can get them in packages of two which is great for traveling. You don't have to carry a big bag of diapers with you while you travel! The most common brand there is Tena. If you like plasticky diapers then get the Tena Basic. Oh and make sure you go to some of the local buffets. Best food in the world for the best price in the world. Fun.
