Random thoughts ....

varies from person to person

same as any other gag

sometimes drool/sweat forms between shield and lips, very irritating

the material of the paci/gag may add to or create dryness

get one for yourself and find out

make it with a feeder tube so water can pass through without removing it

gags, like anything else put on the tongue, induce saliva production

if the mouth is kept even partially open, the influx of air will dry out the mouth and throat

My medicine drys out my mouth but I do sleep better with my paci..

I'm the opposite, my dummy only moistens my mouth to the extent that I have to pop my dummy out just to stop drooling.
