Some people don't deserve to be parents. It's one thing shoplifting, but leaving kids in the car as well? (obviously these kids aren't old enough to fend for themselves)

Yes some don't deserve to be parents... I have had to change a few diapers myself (not mine) while working as a police officer, good thing I have lots of practice. And I know of other cops that have had to do the same because of arresting the parents. Glad they stepped up and took care of business for the children.
