I know it was announced, but I never actually saw him on RAW. They either changed their minds about doing it, or it happened during that time when the satellite feed broke and the picture and sound were broken.

Back in the 90's Razor Ramon had a match with 123 Kid in which the winner had to put a diaper on the loser. There are pictures circulating on the web of other wrestling companies putting women wrestlers through similar matches.
