Iced diapers

It was an unbarable day with the heat here, so I decided to try something to keep cool. I took 2 diapers and put them on and then took ice cubes and slipped them in between the diapers so they were'nt touching my skin. 10 minutes later I was nice and cool. It really made a difference and the best part is the diapers acted like a cooler so the ice lasted hours and when it melts the diaper soaks it up. Thought I would share this.

That sounds like it could be worth a try. It doesn't always get overly hot here but today and this week is a scorcher. Far too hot for me to consider wearing.

Thats what I thought, it was way too hot to wear but it worked great.

I have heard of women putting their bras in the freezer/refrigerator on hot days. Could this work for diapers also?

Just you be careful of freezer burn !

Ice on skin is nice and cool to a point !

Icing the diapers can also be used as a delayed time punishment of sorts.

I've done this in the past. You know the cold packs. Well, they come in thin I've cube strips as well. I've taken one of those and placed it between the diaper and an insert. Keeps you rather cool on a hot summer day for hours. It will also add a bit of bulk. Just don't do this without an insert between the ice pack and you skin.
