Who Listens To Soothing Sounds?

I have an app that has different sounds. Its so soothing. I fall asleep to it.

kind of depending on my mood, I listen to a lot of classical at various times, have been dabbling with smooth jazz and new age.

I have a white noise app on my Ipad that is pretty good. It has 3 lullabys

Sometimes I like the sleep easy app on my phone, it has rain and other relaxing sounds.

Mine has white noise along with others but I choose the womb sounds option. Takes a few minutes but I fall asleep to it

When I'm about to go down for my nap, which is usually around 1 p.m. I'll play classical music.

Anything from Beethoven to Bach helps me concetrate on sleep and I also enjoy the "stories"

behind the uplifting melodies. For night time I play a Disney Babies cd filled with soft lullabies.
