How about wrist cuffs fastened to the chest strap and a spreader bar between the ankles. That should work. Or maybe a spreader bar for the wrist attached to the chestvstrap.

a speader bar is not need cause its made to keep the legs up and spead open at a 90 dregree angel. they cant be moved to together. but maybe add an area for the arms to be in an up and out to the side so arms cant move either.

As illustrated I do not see the total restriction only a partial one that could be overcome by simply using

but with a band locking the diaper area closed still couldnt use the big potty or walk or crawl and some move ment needs be done. because with some move ment someone could wear it 247 and never have come out even when being changed or what ever the mommy or daddy want to do down there.
