Creepymouse Posted January 20, 2013 Share Posted January 20, 2013 While it won't keep a full flow, morning and bedtime (I assume you sleep in the same bed?) and perhaps one late-night session should keep everything 'active' if not flowing. If you get a week off, switching back to a better schedule will come back pretty quick. Link to comment
